“If you are still in the process of raising children . . . be aware that the tiny fingerprints that show up on almost every newly cleaned surface, the toys scattered about the house, the piles and piles of laundry to be tackled will disappear all too soon and that you will

-to your surprise- miss them profoundly.”

Robyn

Charlie's younger sister, Robyn, passed away this November.... It was a hard time for all of us being around the holidays.  A few years ago, she found she had a brain tumor and had it removed.  Just a few months ago, she found that it was back and bigger than before.  At 30-something (early 30) weeks pregnant, she was rushed up to SLC for C-section so that she could have brain surgery again.  The tumor was explained to have fingers that intertwined throughout her brain and then she was given a few months to live.  We thought we would have a lot more time than we got.....
She was the mother of 7 children, one who will never know is mother.  It breaks my heart when I think of those sweet babies...

She was buried in her husband's family cemetery.

One positive part of the funeral was this sweet little chub.  Chelsea makes some cute babies ;)

We knew the funeral would be really long and the girls would have never made it.  Thankfully, Aubrey offered to watch them while we were up there.  She sent me these pictures and they made me smile.  I am so Very blessed to have these sweet angels to call my own :)

Just a day or two before Robyn passed, the family all got together to have family pictures.  They knew she was going down hill but didn't know just how bad until they all got down here and she couldn't even get out of bed.  They took this picture and then Sienna's husband photo shopped Robyn in later.... Such a good bunch of people. Can't imagine having this many kids, myself ;) haha
