Not only did they sneak out a month before the lease was over... And still owing us thousands of dollars... But they ruined our home :(
They were rich kids (both 21) that we learned had probably done this a few times before... Just not responsible enough to worry about nor dealing with consequences

These were taken on a drop in. Their roommate who was not on the lease (one of the many things they did despite the lease agreement) let us in and we were just sick at what we saw and Smelled!!! Cats!!! Another violation!! I'm allergic and almost started to cry.... Text our renters and never heard back. Wrote up a letter of eviction and caught them sneaking out with uhaul packed when I had it delivered :/
Planning to file a claim in small claims court. Fun stuff
