Our little Daisy Girl Scout

Just a few weeks ago, Cyvanna Springer came to our door selling Girl Scout cookies. I thought she looked SO dang cute and got ahold of her mom right away to ask what I needed to do to get Trisadee signed up.

Two weeks ago, Trisadee went to her first meeting and seems to really think it's something she likes and wants to keep doing. She still doesn't have all of her pins, badges and smock (they're ordered and on their way) but she is excited to get them and look like a 'real' girl scout.

Today, her troop set up a booth at the GSU Thinking Day event. Their booth was for the country of Ireland. Earlier in the week, they had made Irish Bread to give out and made their cute hats the week before.

They had a little parade and got to use their 'passports' to go around to all the other countries and learn some things about them.

It was nice to see my little girl smile and have a good time.

I still remember going to my first day as a brownie...good times for little girls :) She looks so cute in her little green sweater.
