“If you are still in the process of raising children . . . be aware that the tiny fingerprints that show up on almost every newly cleaned surface, the toys scattered about the house, the piles and piles of laundry to be tackled will disappear all too soon and that you will

-to your surprise- miss them profoundly.”

CRAZY few weeks

Toward the end of July, we finally were able to move into our new, beautiful home :)
This meant lots of packing and unpacking in the last month

In the middle of packing up the old house, Taig and Trace kept wanting to get out toys and play. Taigyn asked if I would play to... How can you say no to such a cute face??

Pioneer Day came a few days before the big Move. We ended up watching fireworks at the Washington City Rec Center. It was Awesome!!! We were So close... So close that tons of pieces of cardboard from the works were falling on us. It was kinda scary
Poor Tris was praying during the whole show.... Mom did a little too ;)

We moved in before our grass was put in. This was one of the first mornings... Kids just wanted to eat on the back porch... Never mind it was in the 90s already ;)

Taigyn has been such a good helper!! At first she was reacting to the move with hitting and fighting, but we redirected that and she has shown to be a pretty big girl :)

Our first Sunday was Right after our move and we only made it through Sacrament meeting. Everyone was physically and emotionally drained

After the grass was laid, we were told we would have to wait 2-4 weeks before walking on it... So Taigyn decided to play in the rocks to pass some time ;)
With a little plumbers crack showing LOL

My girls are Thee Cutest :)

Tracelyn is Definitely the baby... She is rocked to sleep each night or put to sleep like this :)

She's growing up though :)

Listening to the iPod :) (at old house)

With all the toys still being unpacked, the girls got creative with mom's yoga mats ;)

Kid burritos!!!

We were all so excited to welcome Aubrey home from her mission!!!

It was her first time ever meeting Tracelyn and they had to bond ;)  It was awesome!!!

The weekend before school started, the fair came to Hurricane... we were SO tired of that drive... So, we decided to bribe the kids with some Pirate Cove Pizza instead of going to the fair this year (we haven't ever missed once since getting married)
The kids seemed okay with this deal ;)

First day of school!  Trisadee was REALLY nervous to go to a new school and not know anyone... she was So nervous that she got herself worked up and sick (it was pretty dramatic with some wailing and crying)... but with a little tough love from mom, she made the choice to go without being dragged to school ;)
She looked Really cute!!! This was the only pic that I could find that wasn't a sad or mean face... it's more of an annoyed-to-get-her-pic face ;)

She ended up meeting some other 'new' girls and hasn't had a problem going since :)
