This last Monday, Aubrey flew out from the MTC to her mission in Santa Rosa California.
She was the only sister missionary with six other elders ;) At least she never had to carry her luggage ;)
Thanks to the blog that her mission president's wife puts up for us families, I can see how she is. This is her first companion, Sister Charles. They are serving in Petaluma, CA. We recently sent her a package and are excited to hear all about the plane ride (it was her first time) and her mission so far :)

I had no idea Aubrey was on a mission. She is just one mission north of us. Santa Rosa is near the place were we went crabbing a couple of weeks ago - we drove through Petaluma. It's beautiful there. Very green and amazing agriculture (lots of fresh food). If we go crabbing again, we'll have to track her down and take her to lunch. Tell her hi from me. If she needs anything we're only a couple of hours away.
