Aunt Aub came down for Lucy's blessing and it happened to land on the same weekend as July 4th... so the day before the holiday, we decided to go play in the river under the new bridge out on the Washington/St George border. The girls were excited to wear their hats ;) This is about as far as they got though LOL
We got to take the jeep ;) It made it a lot easier to get down there
Kids were in heaven....
.... except for this one... she didn't like the water so she mostly stayed on her towel and ate ;)
We found a couple baby frogs and some polliwogs
Aub and I spent most of our time building this dam and made an area that was fun to sit and in some areas, almost tread water
We even noticed a ton of bird nests made out of the clay around the area... at first we thought they were wasp nests but we saw some cute birds poking their heads out and then a few flew into some.

Later that night, I convinced Taig to let me pull out her tooth... why is it always so scary? Every time she ends up laughing because she didn't even feel it ;)
Two days after our day at the river... and a huge rain storm later... and this is what was left of our dam that we worked for hours on... Nothing LOL Crazy! There were some boulders that we couldn't even pick up and then had to roll to get there
